Personalized learning has emerged as an effective approach to enhance learning outcomes in various educational settings. Canvas¬© is an online learning platform widely used in educational institutions, which offers various features to support personalized learning. One such feature is Mastery Paths, a tool that enables instructors to provide customized content based on students’ performance.
Redesigning the Nursing Course Using Canvas© Mastery Paths:
To implement the Canvas¬© Mastery Adoption pilot study, the nursing pathophysiology and pharmacology course was redesigned by integrating the Mastery Paths feature. After each quiz, students’ scores were analyzed, and those who performed poorly triggered the release of supplementary review materials.
